Your DVD won’t play?

Sometimes a bad burn can happen. I double check each and every disc that leaves for readability. If you have issues, it’s potentially NOT the disc. These discs are designed for PC use ONLY. They are not designed for Xbox or PlayStation use. They are burned with the latest software available for Windows 10. Before submitting a disc claim, you will need to have the following information available:

  1. Your receipt from either PayPal or from RRPP. For Paypal, please provide the transaction ID which is similar to this: 58423968JG9425108. We can look back about 2 calendar years for your information.

  2. Your name and address. This is to verify the transaction report.

  3. The disc title and the problem.

  4. SEND AN EMAIL

It is YOUR responsibility to maintain a record of your purchase if it is passed 2 years. We only maintain a sales archive for 2 years.

ABOVE ALL ELSE, CLEAN YOUR DISC OR YOUR MACHINE BEFORE SUBMITTING A CLAIM.

Your disc is scratched, broken or lost?

We get it. You lost or scratched or broke your disc. We use only Phillips Duplication Grade DVD’s. They are some of the best in the industry and can take a ton of abuse. We also go the extra mile to provide you with a DVD case to protect your disc. Please be sure to use them.

For a scratched/broken disc you will need to submit the following:

  1. Receipt/transaction ID from RRPP or PayPal. We can look back about 2 calendar years to find your information. Please make sure you keep a copy of your receipt if after 2 years. We will try to help but we can only help so much.

  2. A photo of the damaged disc, front and back

  3. A photo of the case if the disc is lost.

  4. If you’ve lost everything, submit your receipt. Lost that too? Contact us for help.
